Physical Products (Cool Breeze 3-in-1 Portable Fan, 2-in-1 Detangling Brush with Mist, Magic Mist Detangle Brush)

We offer a 14-day return policy on all physical products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us at levitechzx@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
